Homework for the week of October 26-30

Monday, October 26, 2009
Today begins red ribbon week. Red ribbons will be given out during 1st period. Please wear them all week. Dr Calvin Starlin will speek to 7th graders during directed study. Our service project this year is to have students bring toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, hairbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and other personal hygiene items. These items will be donated to The Foundry and/or the Salvation Army. The first period class that collects the most items will win a party.

Use workbook pages 44, 45, 47, 49, and 51 to practice for tomorrow's test. I will let you know in class today what to expect and what kind of problems will be on the test.

Wear colorful and crazy socks today for sock-it to drugs day. The special speaker today is from the District Attorney's Office and will speak during 4th period.

Tonight is homecoming. The 7th grade team will play at 5:00p.m. and the 8th grade will play around 6:30p.m. The band will play and the dance team will perform. Of course, the cheerleaders will be cheering the team on to victory! Hope you can all attend.
