Homework for the week of August 24-28

Monday, August 24:

Math 7
This week we will begin integers. Each student will make an integer booklet and all class notes and homework will be recorded in the booklet. Tonight you will put the definitions to the following words in your booklet. 1. integer 2. opposites 3. absolute value. I may assign additional work in class tomorrow.

Pre-algebra
This week pre-algebra will also begin integers. You will be doing the same as Math 7 on Monday. Your homework is the same as what is above.

Pre-algebra
Textbook page 25 problems 18-50 You may write answers only. Put all answers in your booklet.

Wednesday, August 26

Workbook page 13 problems 1-12 and page 14 problems 1-8 You may do these problems in your workbook. You do not need to put them in your integer booklet.

Pre-algebra
Textbook page 32 problems 14-38 and 47-53. You need to copy each problem in your integer booklet.

Thursday, August 27

Math 7
Textbook page 42 problems 1-25. Copy each problem in your integer booklet. You may use a number line or chips to solve each problem.

Workbook page 9 problems 1-23. Copy each problem in your booklet.
